工作职责
Assignment
分配埃马克在国内的项目包括但不限于以下内容
Support managing EMAG in China business, but not limited to the following
管理，准备项目启动的所有必要的文件
Support and prepare all necessary documents for Kick Off meeting
管理及跟踪项目进度
Monitoring and tracking of project progresses
分析影响项目进度的问题点，汇报给部门经理
Find out conflicts which influence project schedule and report it to department Manager
整理记录项目数据库，并维护SAP系统
Record the project data like delivery date; FA and so on in SAP for responsible projects
邀请及准备客户拜访，负责验收流程
Invite and prepare customer visit, Responsible of acceptant
准备项目及流程文件
Prepare Project / Process Documentation
定期召开项目会议，掌握项目状态并及时和客户沟通
Arrange regular project meeting, Control project status and make good communicate with customer
和客户进行方案的探讨确认，最终被认可
Contact our customers to discuss solutions and get their approval
牢牢掌控项目节点，及时发现问题点并解决
Control project schedule, can find problem and solve it
由领导安排的其它工作

任职资格
Your Qualifications
3年以上在机床，机械制造行业的工作经验
+3 years’ experience in Machine Tools, Metal Cutting
具有在困境下与客户交涉协调并控制情况的能力
Demonstrated ability to interface with customers and maintain control in difficult situations
负责过机床交钥匙工程。具备一定的工艺能力。对机床机构及原理熟悉
Have experience in machine tool turnkey job. Have process capacity. Know machine tool structure and working principle
了解主机厂的验收流程。特别是上汽齿，通用及吉利大客户等
Know OEM company acceptance process. Special experience to SAGW, SGM, Greely big customer and so on
为人谨慎，细心。热爱学习及主动
People should be cautious and carefulness, Eager to learn and be initiative
有SAP 工作经验择先，但不是必备的条件
SAP Experience is an advantage but not a must
具备协调各个部门工作的能力且能调动大家的积极性
Have the ability to coordinate the work of various departments and motivate people
具备外资企业工作背景，特别是德资企业
Have work experience in foreign company, Special in Germany’s company
流利的英语口语及书面语
Fluent in English language written and spoken
较好的沟通能力
Good at communication
电脑操作熟练，熟练操作办公软件
Good at computer operating, familiar with office software
较好的英语书面、口语表达能力
Good at both spoken and written English
具有较强的团队合作精神
Good at teamwork
