Basic quality requirements of quality Department personnel:
1. 机械制造或设计相关专业
Major in mechanical manufacturing or design
2. 对基本尺寸毫米，微米有概念，对产品尺寸限值敏感。
Have the concept of basic size of mm and micron, and be sensitive to product size limits.
3. 对工厂生产流程有一定的概念 ，对于生产流程标准化有自己的认知。
Have a certain concept of factory production process and have my own cognition of production process standardization.
4. 对于质量控制流程有基本认知，对于ISO19001质量管理体系有了解并有进一步学习的兴趣，如对IATF16949有编写推行经验者最佳。
Basic knowledge of quality control process, understanding of ISO19001 quality management system and interest in further learning, such as writing and implementation experience of IATF16949 is the best.
5. 对于质量工具5W2H，5M1E、8D报告，QC七大手法（鱼骨图，柏拉图，散布图，直方图，控制图等），以及PDCA等质量控制方法会灵活使用。
For the report of quality tools 5W2H, 5M1E and 8D, seven QC methods (fishbone diagram, Plato, scatter diagram, histogram, control diagram, etc.), PDCA and other quality control methods will be used flexibly.
6. 对于五大工具APQP,FMEA,CP,SPC,MSA,有一定的认知。
Have a certain understanding of the five major tools: APQP,FMEA,CP,SPC and MSA.
7. 有VDA6.3过程审核，VDA6.5产品审核的经验
Experience in VDA6.3 process audit and VDA6.5 product audit
8.有CQI-9特殊过程，热处理系统评审经验，以及,CQI-12特殊过程，涂层系统评审的经验
Have cqi-9 special process, heat treatment system review experience, and cqi-12 special process, coating system review experience
9. 对热处理工艺有一定的了解，对热处理金相组织有一定的了解。
Have a certain understanding of heat treatment process and metallographic structure.
10对客户投诉有综合的原因分析，了解客户诉求，及时沟通处理的能力。
Ability to comprehensively analyze the causes of customer complaints, understand customer demands, and timely communicate and deal with them.
11.有一定的风险识别能力，能够识别生产过程中的风险点，并控制.
Have certain risk identification ability, and can identify and control risk points in the production process
12.有较强的现场分析问题与处理能力.
Strong ability to analyze and deal with problems on site
13.有较强的工作责任感，工作原则性强，具备一定的抗压能力。
Have a strong sense of responsibility, work principle, have certain pressure ability.
