| 工作描述： |
1. Act as a key team member to work with CQS on production-related customer complains, to ensure rapid response to customer complaints to achieve customer satisfaction;
2. Develop and continually maintain the inspection work instructions and inspection standard to ensure their adequacy and suitability;
3. Work with Process Engineering on FMEA development and prepare control plan for key projects;
4. Plan QC activities based on internal and external customer’s needs;
5. Raise in-process qualtiy issues and lead the team in root cause analysis to enable continuously improvement in quality, cost and overall efficiency;
6. Follow up on the implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
7. Collect and systematically analyse in-process quality data, identify key quality issues/opportunities for improvement;
8. Coach and guide inspectors on the in-process inspection system.
9. Conduct regularly quality awareness and quality tools training for the in-process inspectors and workers and promote a good corporate culture.
10. Prepare monthly quality reports.
11. Calibration of monitoring and measuring equipment;
12. Other works as assigned by the superiors.

Have the knowledge of machining, welding and electric will be preferred.
Good knowledge of ISO9001,
Knowledge of FMEA/MSA/QC 7 tools/8D
ISO9001 internal auditor certificate will be preferred
Understanding of engineering drawing, familiar with GD&T knowledge
More than 3 years experience as QE or similar job, wind industry experience is preferred. |
