| 工作描述： |
Assist CQS in gathering and consolidating the information on the mould quality issues from relevant departments and customers;
Participate in the investigation and analysis of the root causes of customer quality issues.
Based on root cause analyais results, cooperate with each responsible department to formulate corrective and preventive actions as well as the timeline and responsible person.
Follow up on the status of corrective and preventive actions, and validate the effectiveness;
Participating in surveys of customer satisfaction.
Assist CQS in managing the returned parts from customer sites to ensure they are properly handled.
Analyze customer complaints data and identify the opportinuties for improvement.
Make quality reports, including the reports of weekly customer quality issues, and monthly customer complaints.
Other work handed over by superiors. |
