| 工作描述： |
•To check the invoices of the reimbursement, prepare the reimbursement of company credit card, prepare for the monthly AP list including necessary PR, and arrange the payments via online-banking or on the spot in bank;
•To support for the oversea payments, including the record in local authorities and documents to Bank;
•To issue the sales VAT invoice;
•To support for input VAT deduction and tax declaration;
•To prepare the original documents for bookkeeping, including bank slip, invoice, PO, PR and import & export documents;
•To translate the comments in the vouchers, print and pack the monthly bookkeeping papers;
•To collect the unpaid & approved PR from other departments for monthly reporting;
•To support for the monthly and annual stock checking;
•To prepare the record and cards of fixed assets, and support for the annual checking;
•To support for the annual auditing;
•To prepare the chop using record;
•Obey the other tasks assigned by superior
•Having environmental awareness, follow the company's ISO14001 system require-ments
