Be response for the customer order process for international customers and some Celo Group subsidiary.
处理国外客户的订单以及一部分西螺集团子公司的订单。
Input the sales order and Forecast in the ERP systems when get for the customers and Subsidiary.
收到客户以及西螺集团的订单以及预测，输入ERP系统。
Count the quantity to launch the production orders based on Customer’s order and forecast, stock and production lead time.
根据客户的订单以及与预测, 库存情况,以及生产周期，计算需要下生产订单的数量。
Follow up the orders to ensure the on time delivery.
追踪订单情况确保按时交货。
In case the customer is EDI customer, Log in to customer’s website to check the orders and delivery schedule and forecast , and do ASN after delivery.
如果客户是EDI 客户，登录客户的网站去确认订单，交货计划以及预测，发货以后递交ASN。
In case the customer requested Special labels , But we could not obtained for ERP systems , This additional label should be done in additional way and stick before delivery.
如果客户需求特殊标签，而且此特殊标签不能从ERP系统里直接获得，额外制作标签并在出货前加贴。
Follow up the delivery during transport and coordinated with transport supplier to deal with any delivery issues。 Make the payment request for transport cost by the end of Month.
追踪货物的运输情况以及配合运输公司处理一切在运输过程中发生的事件,月底跟货运公司对账，请款。
Support the subsidiary sales to create the customer file and maintenance the price in the ERP systems in case It is export business and supplied from CELO SUZHOU side.
支持集团内部分公司的销售人员，在ERP系统里建立客户信息，以及维护价格. 主要针对国外销售人员的在西螺苏州的出口业务。
Be response for the samples arrangement for export customers.
负责国外客户的样品安排。 |
