| 工作描述： |
• To support the presales activities incl. but not limited to product technical selection, bidding documents, customers’ visit reception • To analyze the cost based on the project’s demands • To provide a professional quotation through the system based on company’s policies and strategic actions • To execute the contracts through SAP system and manage the orders status through Visual Daily Management System • To ensure the confirmed delivery performance • To conduct the customers inspection on factory and goods based on projects’ request • To realize the shipment through effective communication with Logistics Dept. • To complete the monthly report on order intake and shipment including forecasting, actual and regional sales analysis • To obey the documents management process and non-disclosure agreement according to company’s polices |
