| 工作描述： |
Job description/tasks: 1. Responsible for New machine installation, adjusting, system backup and documentation (drawing, operation manual, maintenance plan, maintenance working insturction, spare parts list, safety instruction and so on); 2. Responsible for improving equipment performance and stability to ensures the OEE level; 3. Responsible for planning, leading, organizing, coordinating and managing the whole process of PM (Preventive Maintenance), update the PM documents based on the result of every maintenance; 4. Responsible for training the technicians to enhance their skill on all coil production lines; 5. Responsible for trouble shooting once the equipment was down if the technicians can’t solve the problem on time; 6. Responsible for the spare parts management, including the list creation, parts purchasing and daily control; 7. Responsible for the coil asset management; 8. Responsible the regular audit for the execution of AM; 9. Participate the components selection of new equipment; 10. Find potential improvement areas and create approach to realize it; 11. Responsible for the performance definition of his subordinate 12. Cost saving from Accessories consumption reduction 13. Other task assigned by supervisor Job requirement: • Colleague degree of electrical or mechanical engineering • Minimum 5 years working experience of ME on related production Lines and have project experience • Good experience on Electric control system ,Pneumatic system and mechanical maintenance skill • Self-driving and good sense to find problem and potential improvement areas will be preferred • Basic knowledge of PLC control system such as S7-200，S7-300/400 and HW system ，etc…. • Good communication skills and team player • Writing and reading English skills |
