| 工作描述： |
1.Make material purchasing plan, create PO and follow up the PO closely.制定材料采购计划，下达采购订单并紧密跟踪确保按时到货。 2.Control inventory of purchasing material upon smoothly running of the production line. 在保证生产正常运行的前提下控制采购材料的库存。 3.Update the forecast for long term and short term to suppliers regularly.定期更新长期及短期预测给供应商。 4.Evaluate supplier’s performance regularly and keep good external communication.定期评估供应商的交付表现，并与其保持良好的沟通。 5.Issue PR for E division.下达E事业部的采购申请单。 6.Release PO for spare parts which need to purchase from intercompany.负责从集团内部公司备件的采购。 7.Support customs clearance for imported material.支持进口物料的清关。 8.Support and follow up supplier complaint.支持并跟踪供应商投诉。 9.Invoice receiving and checking.发票签收及确认。 10.Other tasks assigned by manager.领导分配的其他任务。 要求 1. Job experience at least 5 years in International Company.五年以上外企工作经验 2. Related job experience at least 3 years in Material Control function team.三年以上物料计划经验 3. Familiar with SAP, good English language both in written and oral.熟悉SAP，书面以及口语英语 |
