1. Process flow control操作流控制
1） Task release control in the DC process flow
DC内部操作流的任务释放控制
2. Labor resource planning 人力资源计划
1) Balance the labor in different areas to level the work load
灵活调度不同区域的人力来平衡工作量
2) Coordinate and follow up recruitment plan
统筹招聘计划并实施招聘进度追踪
3. Coordination 生产协调
1） Coordinate with planning team to adjust processing volume based on production progress
与计划团队紧密合作，基于生产实际进度灵活调整波次货量
2） Supervise operation team execute tasks according to priority and order
督导运营团队按照任务优先级及次序执行生产任务
4. Cut off Management 截止点管理
1） To manage cutoffs and clean up each wave
管理波次的收尾及按时截止
2） To urge other areas to avoid possible order delay
跟催各区域生产规避订单发货的延误
5. Emergency disposal 应急处置
1） Monitor the on site operation running, quick response to the event has negative effect on production, make impact assessment and report in time.
实时监控现场运营状态，对影响运营生产的时间进行快速识别响应，并在评估影响后进行通报。
6. Conveyor traffic analysis 传输流量分析
1） Record complete data of conveyor flow and analysis the risk node and bottleneck.
完整记录并分析传送带系统流量数据，并分析潜在问题节点和线体瓶颈。
2） Coordinate the operation and maintenance team to maintain the equipment based on data analysis.
基于数据分析，协调运维部门对设备进行检修及维保。
7. Emergency disposal 应急处置

、Education level 教育程度:
Bachelor degree or above; preferably in Logistics Management, Supply Chain Management.
本科或以上学历，最好是物流管理、供应链管理专业。
2、 Work experience 工作经验:
1) 2+ years working experience in logistic area or supply chain management.
2年以上物流或者供应链管理领域工作经验。
2) Knowledge and experience of DC operation are required (experience in sportswear industry would be a plus).
需要具备在DC运营方面的知识和经验（运动服饰行业经验者优先）。
3) Familiar with WMS (Manhattan is preferred).
熟悉WMS（曼哈顿系统优先）。
3、 Skills 技能:
1) Good problem-solving ability with flexibility.
良好的解决问题能力和灵活性
2) Good communication skills, proactive acting.
良好的沟通能力，积极主动地做事。
