Responsibilities:
职责：
1.Support finance documents maintenance, such as Bind monthly vouchers up, print sub-ledger, G/L and then bind.
支持财务资料档案的整理，例如装订凭证、打印明细账、总账等。
2.Support day-to-day routine work for Cashier position. Includes voucher making, paying, cash reports etc.
出纳日常事务的处理。包括凭证制作、银行业务、资金报表等。
3.Feeding cost allocation in Oracle system. and government subsidy statement maintenance.
Oracle系统中饲养费分摊，政府补助报表维护等。
4.To execute other works assigned by department head.
协助完成部门领导临时安排的其他工作。
Qualification: (Knowledge, skills, competencies)
职位要求：
1.1 year working experience in finance Dept., or 0.5year’s experience of Finance Inter is a plus.
财务部1年工作经验，或有半年财务实习经验者优先；
2.Finance education background; simply daily oral English communication, understand the work requirement of other department, basic written English for daily work (via Email).
财务专业教育背景；能进行简单的英语口语交流，能理解其他部门的工作需求，基本的英语日常书写。
3.Be prudent and conscious, strong responsibility and sense of time, finish work within required time; Contain self initiatives and good work ethics.
谨慎细心，有强烈的工作责任心和时间概念，能在规定的时间内完成交待的工作。具有上进心和良好的职业道德。
4.Have accounting qualification certificate or certificate of junior.
拥有会计证或初级证书。 |
