• Implement the Alpla purchasing policy and the purchasing system for the plant 确保执行集团的采购政策 • Run smoothly the "purchase request/purchase order/reception of goods'' system and its links with the Finance & Accounting Department 熟悉采购流程并熟练运用相关系统，数据与财务部门相对接 • Purchases all consumables for all Departments 负责所有部门相关的采购需求 • Optimizes the purchasing strategy in order to keep the minimum stocks so as to guaranty the smooth operation of the plant and minimizes costs 根据采购战略优化采购流程以保证库存最优化及成本最小化 • Responsible for sourcing local suppliers and supplier evaluation 开发当地供应商及供应商评估 • Support on variable cost and fixed cost control 采购成本控制 • Responsible for packaging material FCST and ordering. 负责包材预测及采购 • Assists with other jobs from superior. 负责协助上级安排的其他工作。 Education/Experience 教育/经验 • Min 2 year Degree (Associates) in related field or equivalent, 4 year degree (Bachelor Degree) preferred •1 to 2 years of general purchasing experience Qualifications/Skills 资格/技能 • Excellent computer skills (Excel, Power Point, Word) • Excellent numerical skills • Knowledge in using specific Logistics systems |
