1. Working operative in the fields of milling, turning, the corresponding CAM programming and tool management. 操作铣削、车削加工零件，相应的负责 CAM 编程和刀具管理。 2. Ensure efficient operation of the manufacturing team. 确保制造团队的高效运行。 3. Meet customer requirements such as quality and delivery time by directing plant operations according to established company policies. 根据既定的公司战略指导制造部门运行，满足客户的质量和交货时间等要求。 4. Ensure that quality, cost and production targets and metrics are identified and delivered. 确保交付质量、完成成本，生产目标和指标。 5. Maintain a clean, safe and injury free environment in the area of manufacturing. 确保制造区域的清洁、安全和无工伤事故。 6. Establish and operate/execute policies for departments/projects. 为部门/项目建立和运营/执行政策 7. Regular reporting about the current status of the CAM/CNC team. 定期报告 CAM/CNC 团队的现状 8. Capacity planning for the subordinates. 规划团队组成和结构。 9. Responsible for fulfilling orders on schedule. 负责按时完成订单 10.
