Dept: R&D Product: home appliance electronic control Tasks: 1. Mechanical design for home appliance electronic control; 2. Mechanical design and prototyping for customer application; 3. Initiate and coordinate design review with manufacturing engineer, test engineer and hardware R&D engineer, to ensure the design meets the specifications and quality; 4. Generate component drawings and supervise the tooling development to make sure the final parts meet the requirements of the drawings; 5. Support the creation and maintenance of technical documentation in PLM system (specifications, drawings, BOMs, material master data, etc.); 6. Provide general CAD service to support product and R&D sample development. Requirements: 1. Minimum 3 years' mechanical design experience in home appliance field, such as plastic parts and metal parts design; 2. Intermediate in written and spoken English; 3. Good communication skill and team spirit; 4. Solid mechanical design skill sets, skillful in using CAD tools, such as Solidworks etc.; 5. Familiar with good drawing practices and standards; 6. Disciplined in design and verification methodologies; 7. Bachelor degree or above, majored in mechanical. |
