| 工作描述： |
1.收集培训需求并拟定培训计划；
Collect training requirements and develop training plan.
2.负责新员工入职培训(公司简介、规章制度、员工手册等)；
Responsible for new employee orientation training(company profile, rules and regulations, employee handbook, etc.)
3.维护内外部培训记录，管控培训有效性；
Maintain records of the internal and external training, control training effectiveness.
4.协助部门经理评估培训效果并持续改进；
Assist department manager to evaluate training effectiveness and continuous improvement.
5.协助各部门编制岗位说明书和人员能力评估工作；
Assist department prepare the job description and personnel capability assessment work.
招聘：
Recruiting:
1.分析招聘渠道，优化招聘资源，参与协调校园招聘；
Analyst the recruitment channels, optimize recruiting resources, participate in campus recruitment and coordination.
2.参与候选人面试，为部门经理提供人事意见；
Participate in the candidates’ interviews, to provide the personnel advice for the department manager.
人事及组织信息：

3.组织信息维护；
Maintenance the organization information.
4.员工档案及信息管理（含OA及携程账号的管理）；
Employee records and information management (including OA and ctrip account management)
5.员工入转调离等信息的维护；
Maintenance the information of employees’ entry,transfer and demission.
6.主导员工入离职的相关手续办理；
Handle the formalities of employee’s entry and demission.
7.办理外国人相关事宜（邀请函，就业许可证，签证，租房等）；
Handle the foreign related issues (including invitation letter, work permit, residence permit and renting a house).

8.协助质量及环境体系的建立及实施，参与内部审核；
Assist the establishment and implementation of the quality and environmental system, participate in internal audit. |
