Competence & Requirement能力及要求：
1. At least 5 years working experience of machineries and spare parts sales or technical service, related to industries of plastic laminating, wood processing, paper, textile, packaging, label, metal (steel, aluminium) etc., familiar with production process
5年以上设备及配件销售或技术工作经验，涉及塑胶覆膜、木材加工、纸张、纺织、包装、标签、金属（钢铁、铝业加工）行业等，熟悉相关行业工厂生产流程
2. Passionate, optimistic, diligent, willing to try challenging work
富有激情，乐观进取、勤奋务实、愿意尝试挑战性工作
3. Has strong adaptability and learning ability, and communication skills, marketing and logical thinking ability
具有较强的适应能力、学习能力，以及沟通能力、营销技巧和逻辑思维能力
4. Able to travel frequently
能经常出差
5. Major of machinery / chemical / materials / engineering of college degree, or other of bachlor degree. or above
机械/化工/材料/工程技术类专业大专、其他专业本科或以上学历
6. Skillful of Office software and CAD

Description of Tasks职责描述
1. To seek for market opportunities, explore new areas and projects, expand business in similar industry, to achieve performance targets
寻求市场机会，开拓新的领域和项目，以及拓展类似行业客户业务，以完成业绩目标
2. Coordinate technical & commercial issues among customer, HQs and TC plant during development stage
协调开发期内的客户、总部与太仓本部的技术与商务沟通
3. Coordinate customers with company ISD, production, logistic, finance, etc., take charge of customer follow and after sales service, include customer complain case
协调客户与公司内服、生产、物流、财务等各部门，负责客户跟踪及售后服务，包括客诉事项
4. Contracting, ensure in time payment, iimplementation of company's sales policy
购销合同签署，及时催收货款，执行公司销售政策
5. To know market status, incl. competitors, customers, industry, etc.
了解掌握市场动态和状况，包括竞争对手、客户、行业等
6. improve end user database, finish the reports timely, and give reasonable suggestion
健全公司的终端客户档案，及时完成报告，提出合理建议
7. Other jobs assigned by company
