| 工作描述： |
Tasks: • Time study and line balance improvement, update the routing time in SAP (once per year). • Lean basics training for the workers (once per week). • Line optimization, Layout improvement and update in coil. • Support project leader to update the monthly project saving. • Support to work out the yearly VSM/VSD in department; • As an Everest trainer to facilitate the CIP project implementation smoothly in the department. • Organize the lean workshop to support the project implementation, eg. 5s, SMED, Kanban, Cardboard engineering… • Lead the CIP project implementation in the department. • Other general tasks from production systems & CIP. Requirements: • Bachelor degree above majored in industrial engineering, mechanical, electrical engineering, automation…or related. • 3 year experience on manufacturing, process, industrial engineering. • 3 years of lean experience. • Rich experience of time study. • Good at lean/IE knowledge. • Good at Auto. CAD. • Good English in written and oral. • Team work sprite, Work under pressure, innovative. |
