Our Program: Ingersoll Rand's Accelerated Development Programs (ADPs) is a 30-month rotational program designed to develop functional professionals who can innovate and think strategically, engage and act with our customers in mind, execute quickly and lead the future of the function in the company. We offer recent university graduates with challenging assignments, leadership training and valuable exposure to our company's senior leaders. Through rotations and experiences in multiple business locations, our ADP enables you to build diverse skill sets and a strong foundation for a successful and fulfilling career with Ingersoll Rand. Assignment: Our GISC ADP – Manufacturing track consists of multiple assignments in： • Production Management,6 months in Taicang - Production Process Understanding； - MDI daily Management； - Join the On-field Production Problem Solving • Quality, 6 months in Taicang - • Operation Excellence, 6 months in Taicang - Lead the 9SPS - Lead RIE. - Join the VSA, OEDP session and other • Material Management, 6 months in TK/Zhongshan - Understand TK/Zhongshan’s manufacturing process - Lead the project as assigned |
