Job Description 职位描述 This position will work mostly in factory shop floor as assembly worker, to be responsible for assembly work, i.e phone booth, flex box, work stations. 这个职位主要在工厂车间，负责装配工作，如电话亭，小型办公室，工作桌等。 Main tasks include:主要工作内容 1. Follow Assembly team leader’s assignment, to execute the assembly work in factory, and supposed to finish any assignment in time and with required quality and efficiency (or other drawing requirement). 服从组装组长的任务安排，在工厂执行日常组装工作，并且应该根据质量和效率要求(或图纸上的其他要求)及时完成任务。 2. Strictly conform to the requirements of the assembly process to be no errors, give timely feedback to the leaders for any problems, to ensure that the assembly is correct严格按工艺要求装配，做到不漏装、无错误、不浪费零部件，遇到问题及时反馈，确保装配无误； 3. According to the products requirements, actively to learn and support for advanced technicians, to familiar and master for assemble kinds of products. 根据生产要求，主动学习并协助资深技术人员组装各类产品，熟悉和掌握各项装配技能。 4. Maintain 5S in the working area and tooling’s, return all tooling in pointed position after use. 维持车间日常5S整理、工具整理等，确保工具使用后归位。 5. Other stuffs which assigned by the superior. 上级安排的其他事项. Qualifications 1. Middle school or above, age above 20，Male or female 高中及以上学历, 年龄20岁以上，男女皆可； 2. Simple computer skills, good hands-on ability. 会简单电脑操作，动手能力强； 3. Acceptable for overtime, business travel and day/night shift. 适应加班，出差及两班制的工作； 4. 3-4 years experiences, training for assembly technician. 3-4年装配相关工作经验者，发展方向为技术工种； 5. Willingness to learn and take responsibility 愿意学习，并勇于承担责任。 |
