依据德国总部或其他海外兄弟公司在中国的采购计划，搜集采购物资、供应商信息，制定、组织、实施采购计划，并有效控制采购成本，达成公司所期望的目标。
Independent, proactive sourcing in Asia for the entire Weiss Technik Company according to the specifications of the Central Purchasing Organization.
1. 按照公司目标，主动开发新供应商并与之谈判
Proactive search for new suppliers and conducting negotiations according to the Central Purchasing Organization’s objectives
2. 通过供应商报价和产品信息评估项目可行性，管理开发流程环节，确保项目顺利实施
Evaluate the supplier feasibility by analyzing product price and other related information, manage the process of development to ensure it smooth implementation
3. 实时掌握市场价格、技术信息，有效控制采购成本。
Monitoring the market price and technology information in real time Control and take influence on purchasing costs effectively.
4. 支持德国总部或其他兄弟公司，负责在中国搜集、开发、选择供应商及新物料。
Collect, develop and choose the suppliers and new materials in China on its own initiative to support for the Headquarter and other branches
5. 按德国总部或其他兄弟公司的要求，分析、管理、评估及监督供应商。
Analyze, manage, evaluate and monitor the suppliers according to the Central Purchasing Organization.
6. 负责供应商关系维护。
Maintain the relationship with suppliers.
7. 负责供应商与德国总部或其他兄弟公司之间的采购技术问题沟通。
Communicative link between suppliers and HQ or other member companies’ personnel regarding purchasing technical problems about purchasing part or supplier.
8. 负责进口物料的本地化采购
Responsible for localization of import materials.
9. 完成公司交办的其他工作。
Complete other working arranged by company.

1. Bachelor degree or above, major in purchase and supplies management, refrigeration engineering or mechanical and electronic.
2. At least 5 years work experience in technical purchasing position in international company with 3 years of sourcing experience, if he/she has work experience at production department or purchasing experience in refrigeration industry is preferred.
3. Be familiar with purchasing procedure.
4. Be familiar with electrical and refrigeration components features.
5. Be familiar with bulk raw material supply position and price in Asia as well as in Europe
6. Capability of developing, evaluating, negotiating and managing of supplies
7. Work hard and go for business trip frequently
8. Be familiar with Word, Excel, PPT, Microsoft office，MRP/ERP/SAP
9. Excellent English listening, speaking, reading and writing (CET-4 or above)
