1)Creating machine and tooling plan, prepare the investment application per sourcing table and tracking the technical details in machine and tooling purchasing process according to BOS specifications and customer related drawing.
按照客户图纸及公司标准，制定工装/设备计划， 按照定点会议准备工装投资计划，并跟踪采购的技术细节。
2)Creating MARP, and track the release in time accordingly.
制定制造资源计划，并根据项目截点追踪资源计划的释放。
3)Improve process layout.
改进工艺平面布置图。
4)Improve Process Flow.
改进工艺路线。
5)Creating P-BOM in IFMD and tracking it.
制定P-BOM导入IFMD并跟踪。
6)Creating Work Instruction.（SOI）
制定SOI。
7)Machine and tooling approval.
组织设备的工装验收。
8)Supporting new projects launch. Finishing all tasks according to schedule.
支持项目的工厂投放，按计划完成各个 截点任务。
9)Creating TPM and spare parts plan.
制定TPM和备件计划。
10)Organizing API and tracking related open points.
组织生产单元的API，并跟踪相关LOP。
11)Any other works assigned by supervisor.

Bachelor’s above major in Mechanical Engineering /Automotive Engineering related.
本科以上学历，机械或汽车工程相关专业。
3 years above experience in Manufacturing Engineering or Industrialization. Familiar with engineering technology product development process.
3年以上工作经验，熟悉工程技术，产品开发流程。
Experience in sunroof systems and multi semi-automatic assembly stations is preferred.
有天窗产品经验及大型多工站半自动化装配线经验者尤佳
-Knowledge of TS16949 体系相关知识。
-Be familiar with the FMEA, SPC, PPAP, APQP ect. 熟悉FMEA, SPC, PPAP,APQP等质量工具。
-System analysis ability and independent problem-solving ability. 系统分析能力及独立的问题解决能力。
-Being able to work under pressure and willing to taking challenge. 抗压能力强，愿意接受挑战。
-Good time management, communication. 出色的时间管理、沟通能力。 |
