| 工作描述： |
1. Formulated the annual work plan and annual cost budget of the department according to the company's annual quality objectives, and organized the implementation of the plan to achieve the objectives;
2. Responsible for organizing the formulation and improvement of various quality standards, quality management documents and rules and systems, and implementing them;
3. Responsible for organizing incoming inspection of raw materials, outsourcing parts, purchased parts, etc., and urging suppliers to complete quality rectification; Responsible for the quality control of work in process and the quality inspection of finished products;
4. Responsible for dealing with customer complaints, organizing the team to analyze quality accidents, develop corrective and preventive measures, and complete tracking and verification; Submit 8D report and other quality accident handling documents;
5. Responsible for the operation of IATF16949 and ensure the smooth passing of the external audit of the system; Responsible for organizing internal audit of quality system and implementing corrective measures;
6. Responsible for the quality management of new product development, including submitting PPAP documents, to ensure that the new project passed the customer review smoothly and reached the quality level required by mass production;
7. Organize the company's process audit and product audit to ensure the achievement of quality objectives;
8. Responsible for solving the quality problems in the production process, coordinating the relationship between related departments, and clarifying the technical quality requirements and implementation standards;
1.根据公司年度质量目标，制定本部门年度工作计划和年度成本预算，并组织实施计划达成目标；
2.负责组织制定和完善各项质量标准，质量管理文件和规则制度，并贯彻实施；
3.负责组织对原材料，外委件，外购件等入厂检验工作，督促供应商完成质量整改工作；负责在制品等过程质量控制及成品出厂质量检验工作；
4.负责处理客户抱怨，组织团队对质量事故进行分析并制定纠正和预防措施，完成跟踪验证工作；提交8D报告等各类质量事故处理文件；
5.负责公司IATF16949运行，保证体系的外审顺利通过；负责组织公司质量体系内审并落实整改措施；
6.负责新产品开发质量管理工作，包括提交PPAP文件，保证新项目顺利通过客户审核，达到批量生产要求的质量水平；
7.组织开展公司过程审核和产品审核，确保达成质量目标；
8.负责解决生产过程中出现的质量问题，协调涉及到的各相关部门的关系，明确技术质量要求和执行标准；
