Manager, Quality Assurance and Laboratory operation Base: Taicang (Suzhou), Jiangsu Province Roles & Responsibilities: 1. Lead to organize and coordinate the internal and external resources for establishing Connect’s quality management system 2. Plan the QC/QA work and responsible for the implementation 3. Participate in the plan of laboratory operation, and be responsible for monitoring the implementation 4. Participate in the plan and implement of EHS system as a core member 5. Responsible for budget and cost control of quality management system, laboratory operation and EHS system Education/Qualifications: 1. A bachelor degree or equivalent or above in relevant fields such as biology, chemistry and etc. 2. Knowledge of quality control and assurance system (e.g. GLP, GCP and GMP), minimal of 3 years working experience as a QC/QA staff in biotech industry setting 3. Excellent communication, and organizational skills are required, direct supervisory experience with a successful track record of mentoring junior staff is preferred 4. Highly motivated self-starter, proficient in English and Chinese 质量管理及实验室运营经理 工作地点：太仓市(苏州)，江苏省 主要职责： 1. 组织协调内外部资源，优化公司的质量(保障)管理体系，并积极推进具体工作的执行和实施。 2. 参与组织实验室运营管理规划，并负责相关具体运营的协调及管理执行工作。 3. 作为核心成员参与EHS体系的规划和实施。 4. 负责质量(保障)体系、实验室和EHS体系的运营预算、运营费用成本控制。 资格要求： 1. 具有生物、生物工程、生物化学、化学等相关专业的本科以上学历。 2. 熟悉企业质量保障(QA/AC)及EHS管理体系，3年以上QA/QC工作经验。 3. 具有良好的团队合作精神及沟通能力，工作认真踏实，具有高度的责任心。 4. 具有较强的专业英文阅读和英文报告撰写能力。 |
