1.As the key window to Germany sales administrator for customer master data related 作为欧洲销售行政针对在中国客户主数据的主要联系窗口
2. Sales documentations classify (NDA, LON, Contract, agreement etc.) 销售文件的归类 (保密协议, 定点函, 合同，协议等)
3. Determination of customer satisfaction, evaluation of the results and coordination of actions where necessary 客户满意度的调研,和对结果的评估以及相关行动计划的协调
4. Sales and market data collecting and statistic analysis, support on preparing sales report (general sales data & customer data collection, sales analysis report, customers & competitors strategy report, etc.) 销售和市场数据的收集与统计分析,准备销售报告(销售数据&客户数据的收集, 销售分析报告, 客户与竞争对手战略分析报告等等)
5. Centralize all the RFQs 客户询价的集中处理
6. Support organization of customer meetings 支持客户会议的组织
7. SAP key user in sales department, support sales manager to grab necessary data from SAP. 作为部门的SAP主用户, 支持销售经理获得必要的数据
8. Verify customer master data in a regular base and coordinate the correction is needed 定期核实客户的主数据并协调更正若有必要

1.College's degree or above with major in engineering, business admin or equivalent subject 大专以上学历,工程,企管或相关专业
2.Fluent of English in both oral and written,German is a plus 良好的口头和书面英语,会德语优先
3.With strong application ability of Office Software: Word, Excel, Power point and Access Database 较强的办公软件应用能力: 文档、数据表格、文档演示、数据库应用软件
4.2 years of working experience or above, with automotive industry background in engineering, planning, customer service representative 2年或以上汽车行业工作经验, 有工程、计划、客户服务代表背景
5.Strong communication and negotiation skills in written and verbal 较强的口头与书面沟通与谈判技巧
