主要职责（Main Responsibilities）: • Customer Relationship Management regarding Quality issues • 质量问题的客户关系管理 o Conduct periodic customer visits o 组织定期的客户访问 o Manage customer complaint process o 管理客户抱怨的处理 • Quality System质量体系 o Ensure compliance with all ISO and customer/external audit requirements o 确保满足ISO的体系和客户/外部的审核要求 o Prepare and successfully complete audits o 准备和成功完成客户审核 o Owner of quality vision system o 负责质量体系的提升 • Documentation文件管控 o Owner of Root Cause Analyses Process o 负责制程问题的主要原因的分析 o Document and report all supplier quality related issues per document procedures o 负责所有供应商相关质量问题的报告和文件 o Control and report all nonconformance product per documented procedures o 控制和报告所有不合格的产品 o Ensure completion of all customer required testing o 确保执行客户所有的测试要求 o Report production quality through Certificate of Compliance as specified by customer o 报告生产质量 • Ensure all employees understand and follow company quality policies and procedures • 确保所有的员工理解和遵行质量政策和程序 • Measurements and Testing测量和试验 o Measures, records and reports dimensional, functional and visual attributes per internally specified requirements o 测量，记录和报告产品尺寸，功能和外观检查满足内部规格的要求 o Maintains optimum performance and internal calibration checks on quality related equipment and schedules calibration of equipment requiring outside calibration o 负责仪器校验的安排和维护 o Maintains measurement database integrity o 负责测量系统数据库的完整性 • Monitors on-line testing with Machine Operators • 负责在线产品的监测 • Rework process responsibility including Warehouse System • 负责返工流程和仓库体系 • Trains and supervises all personnel performing quality testing within the quality lab and on the production floor • 负贵生产现场产品的质量测试的培训和监督 • Leading the inspection team领导质量检验队伍 o Ensures team works together as efficiently as possible o 确保团队工作有效 o Correctly records time and attendance of team o 正确记录团队人员的出席时间 o Recruits(with quality manager and HR)new employees o 面试新的员工 o Performs disciplinary actions o 遵纪守法 o Performs annual Performance Evaluation o 负责年度绩效评估 o Assesses training needs of inspectors and ensures execution of training o 负责检验员的培训和负责培训的执行 资格要求（Qualifications） • University degree in related field or equivalent • 本科及相等学历 • Min 5 years’ working experience in similar role in manufacturing environment, plastic industry will be preferred • 至少5年在同等行业的工作经验 • Previous supervisory role is a plus • 有管理经验优先 • Experience in accreditation and implementation of ISO system • 有ISO的经验 资质/技能（Qualifications/Skills）： • Proficiency of computer literate 熟练应用电脑 • Strong capability of coordination, organization and analysis. 很强的组织、协调和分析能力 • Numerical skills 很强的数字表达能力 • Ability to manage Customer Relations 有能力去管理维护客户关系 • Able to conduct training etc. 有能力去执行培训等 |
