1. Support and maintain existing customers; 支持和维护现有的客户； 2. Manage customer's complaints and provide excellent customer support ; 处理客户抱怨，为客户提供优秀服务； 3. Responsible for Accounts Receivables; 负责相关客户的应收帐款； 4. Ensure that the product prices and specifications so that the client can search in time; 确保产品报价及技术规格以便客户能及时的查询； 5. Ensure the delivery in time of the products customers ordered; 确保客户产品的及时交货； 6. Responsible for correct pricing; 负责产品的正确报价； 7. Provides information and service on new products for customers ; 为客户提供新的产品信息及服务； 8. Provide sales reports timely; 及时提供销售报表； 9. Complete other jobs ordered . 完成上级交办的其他工作。 |
