Responsible for raw material planning 负责物料计划； Check raw material availability based on understanding the types of materials and their field of use 在了解材料种类和其使用范围的基础上确认原料可用性； Create raw material requirement based on customer demand /stock on hand / purchase lead time 基于客户需求/在手库存/采购周期来制定原料需求； Monitor raw material supply status to keep RM running smoothly, especially focus on the critical material 监控原料供应以保持母料平稳滚动，尤其专注重要材料； Coordinate with supplier /purchaser and logistic team to ensure material available on time 与供应商/采购以及物流协同以确保原料及时到货； Gurantee proper levels of inventory according to inventory target and delivery tracking and consume deadstock on time 根据库存目标和发货记录确保适当的库存水平，并及时消耗呆滞库存； Responsible for production planning 负责生产计划； Understanding the product characteristics and specification/Production procedure /production capacity 理解生产特性/生产流程/生产产能； Responsible for production planning, including production plan creation as desighed routine and follow-up of their tracking负责生产计划，包括制定以生产工艺为准的生产计划和跟踪其生产轨迹； Work with related department to ensure the successful execution of planning as confirmed delivery quantity and date 根据确认的订单交期和订单量，与相关部门协同，来确保计划的顺利进行； Give sales department feedback ASAP when production delay or other emergency case has an influence on delivery date of orders 当生产延迟或其他紧急情况对订单交期有影响时，及时反馈销售部门； Coordinate among related sections for urgent and short-term customer demand, or find alternative solutions technically 与相关部门协同处理客户紧急需求，寻找解决方案； Adjust producton order or raw material planing according to customer demand change 根据客户订单及需求变化，调整生产订单以及原料采购计划； Reflect quickly and solve the emergency case 快速反应和解决紧急问题； Prepare some data sheets and reports on weekly and monthly basis 每周或每月做好总结与汇报工作； Take part in the process innovation or new project 参与流程改善或者新项目 |

College degree or above, engineering or related majors is preferred 大专学历以上，工科及相关专业优先 Experience of production planning or material planning in Industry Company or related functions 在工业企业有相关生产计划或物料计划经验 Well understanding or Knowledge in ERP-System ERP系统相关知识 Able to read and write in English, use system in English, oral English is a plus 英文读写能力，英文系统操作能力，英文口语优秀优先 Computer skill required (Microsoft Office, especially Excel) 计算机技能（Microsoft Office, 特别是Excel） Good working attitude, self motivation, can work under pressure 良好工作态度， 自我驱动，抗压能力强 Analytical and logical 逻辑分析能力 Ability to work independently and team player 能够独立完成任务，具有团队精神 |
