职责/Accountability and Objectives: Carry out and improve hires, move, departure and related procedures 负责和完善招聘、转移、离职等相关流程 Responsible for salary payment, daily attendance, welfare and social insurance. 负责薪资发放、日常考勤、福利和社会保险等方面。 主要工作内容/Key Responsibilities: Responsible for all the staff of the personnel file management 负责及维护所有员工的个人档案 Assist HR manager to employment interviews, be responsible for handle staff induction and departure procedure. 协助人事经理完成员工招聘,负责办理员工入离职手续。 Responsible for tracking new employees probation evaluation, increasing salary and promotion , sign the contract and form corresponding files 负责追踪新员工试用期考核评估,薪资调整,晋升,签署劳动合同并完善好相关文件。 Responsible for daily attendance report, and deal with abnormal attendance and leave management. 负责日常考勤,并处理非正常出勤和日常休假的统计管理。 Responsible for HR monthly related reports . 负责人事每月相关报表 Responsible for company's welfare insurance system, declare and quit social insurance and accumulation fund, and any other social insurance and accumulation fund affairs, and tax declaration. 负责员工的社会保险系统,社会保险和公积金的申报及退保及其他相关事务,每月个税申报。 Responsible for calculate salary and deal with abnormal, and analysis the monthly salary data. 每月员工的薪资处理,包括异常情况处理,并对每月工资数据做分析。 Any other duties assigned by HR/Admin Manager 人事行政经理安排的其他事务。 |
