Job Title: Senior Maintenance supervisor/资深维修主管 职责 Accountability and Objectives: 负责工厂固定设备，确保机器设备的正常运作。 Responsible for plant equipment and facilities, ensure the normal operation of the equipment and facilities 主要工作内容/Key Responsibilities: 负责厂内水、电、气正常供给 Responsible for the normal supply of water, electricity, and gas.. 监管所有机器和设备的安全使用。 To supervise, safe usage of all machines and equipment. 指导并纠正运作时的错误使用. To instruct and correct the operator on improper usage. 及时解决机器和设备的故障,并将生产流程中的干扰减至最低. To trouble-shoot machines and equipment problems to minimize disturbance to production flow. 定期检查仪器设备、厂房相关设施，更换配件，调整参数 Regular check the machines and equipment, replace parts, and adjust parameter. 制定厂房、设备维护保养计划，按计划定期维护保养 Make the plan for maintaining the machines and equipment, keep in good repair regularly. 对重要设备及反复出现的设备故障进行根源分析，并提出解决措施，以提高设备的可靠性 To improve the reliability of equipment, analyze the trouble key equipment recurring and solve the problems. 建立设备的标准操作程序并培训相关人员。 Build the standard operating procedures and training the relevant personnel. 对新机器的正确运作提供培训. Provide training on proper operation of new machinery. 与工厂各主管联系确保工作场地在环保及安全狀态. Liaison with relevant supervisor to ensure the workplace in environmental and safe manner. 完成厂长安排的其他工作 Any other duties as assigned by the Factory Manager |

1. 大专学历，机械/电气工程专业 College Diploma degree in Mechanical or electrical Engineering 2.五年以上工厂相关工作经历 Min. 5 years for factory relevant experience 3.拥有特殊设备管理证书,熟悉CNC、叉车、行车、冲床、直角锯、台钻设备最佳。 certificate of special equipment management, familiar with CNC、forklift、Overhead Crane、press machine、right angle saw、bench drill machine is the best. 4.熟悉电气线路图和机械制图 familiar with electrical circuit diagram and mechanical drawing 5.良好的沟通和领导能力 Good communication skill and leadership skill |
