职责/Accountability and Objectives 跟进计划，完成项目/生产安排 Organizes and follow up the planning activities for specific projects to meet the project/production schedule. 物料及生产控制 Material and production control 主要工作内容/Key Responsibilities: 1.及时掌握项目进程，制定周计划，月计划。 Know about the project situation in time, and make Weekly Plan, Monthly Plan 2.协调生产部门各车间的生产能力，以确保均衡生产。 Coordinate with production ability in every workshop, to ensure and balance the production. 3.与项目和工地负责人协调保证材料准时运到。 Coordinate with site operation team to ensure materials are supplied on time. 4.根据生产计划, 签发工作指示,跟进原材料运输 Based on schedule production, issue work instruction, and Follow up raw materials delivery. 5.与采购、仓库、生产、物流及其他供应链相协调，确保所有材料正常供应。 Coordinate with Purchase, Warehouse, Production, Logistics and other links, to ensure that all the materials in regular supply. 6.汇报和分析生产计划，提高计划的合理性及准确性。 Analyze and report to carry out results of production planning, improve the rationality and accuracy of production plan 7.领导分配的其他任务。 Any other tasks assigned by supervisor. |
