Responsibility / 工作职责： Take charge of electronic components development and components selection in the new projects. 负责新项目中的电子元器件开发及选型 Deeply discuss with supplier about technical issues of electronic components. 深入的与供应商讨论电子元器件的技术问题。 For some problems during the projects, the EE need to make analysis and investigation to find root cause and solve problems 对于项目中出现的问题，需要分析调查找到原因直至解决问题。 Take charge of electronic part cost down and localization 负责电子部件的降本及本地化。 Assist sourcing to evaluate the capability of supplier. 协助采购部评估供应商的能力。 Draw up and manage R&D documentation related to electronic components, including specification book, test plan and other related documents. 编制和管理研发的电子元器件相关的文件，包括规格书，测试计划等。 Other R&D related jobs and other duties set by the R&D Manager. 其他研发相关工作以及研发部经理布置的其它工作。 Requirement / 能力要求： Bachelor degree or above, electronic engineering or related majors. 本科及以上学位，电子技术工程相关专业。 Familiar with circuit diagram and can draw circuit diagram related to requirements 熟悉电路图 并且能绘制与要求相关的电路图。 Experience on electronic components design of power tools is preferred 具有电动工具电子元器件设计的经验优先。 Familiar with analog electronic and digit circuits. 熟悉模拟电路和数字电路 Familiar with C Language and Assembly Language 熟悉C语言和汇编语言 3 Years working experience or above in related fields, and master in using related design software. 至少3年以上相关工作经历，并熟练运用相关设计软件。 Good written and spoken English, and must pass the CET4 英语读写流利,通过CET 4 Good interpersonal skills and team player 良好的人际沟通能力和团队精神。 |
