| 工作描述： |
工作职责： • Customer/Third-party/Internal Audit (Preparation/CAPA closing tracking etc.). • 客户/第三方/内部审核 (准备/纠正预防整改关闭跟进等) • Food Safety Quality Management System (ISO9001/FSSC22000/GMP/HACCP/QS etc.). • 食品安全质量管理体系(ISO9001/FSSC22000/GMP/HACCP/QS etc.) o Ensure compliance with food safety quality management system and customer/external /internal audit requirements. o 确保满足食品安全质量管理体系和客户/外部/内部的审核要求 o Prepare and successfully pass all related audits. o 准备和成功通过所有相关审核 o Continual improvement of food safety quality management system. o 负责食品安全质量管理体系的持续改进 o QDMS system management and maintenance. o QDMS系统管理与维护 • Documentation文件管控 o Documentation, validation, distribution, callback and scrap of food safety quality management system documents. o 负责食品安全质量管理体系文件的编制、生效、分发、回收及报废等 o Uniform management for archives and timely tidying for stat. of food safety quality management system documents. o 负责食品安全质量管理文件的统一管理归档及定期整理统计 o Monitoring for the operation of food safety quality management system documents. o 负责监督食品安全质量管理体系文件的运行等 • Responsible for conformity regarding related regulations and product quality for food package material. • 负责食品包材行业相关法规及产品质量的符合性 • Responsible for devices & equipment calibration and related management regarding food safety. (Calibration list/certificates/labels etc.). • 负责与食品安全有关的仪器设备计量的统一安排和相关管理等（台账、校验证书及标签等） • Responsible for implementation and management regarding plant pest control. • 负责厂内虫害工作的实施管理 • Responsible for the mock, start-up and implement for products’ recall etc. • 负责产品召回的模拟、启动及实施等 • Responsible for change management, IMS management system review report etc. • 负责工厂变更管理，综合管理体系评审报告等 • Responsible for the environment monitoring and clothes/shoes cleaning of QS workshop. • 负责食品包装车间环境的监控和防尘服鞋的清洁 • Perform internal process audit activities per routine plant check. • 通过日常的工厂巡查，实施内部过程审核活动 • Responsible for supplier investigation and evaluation, supplier audit and qualification verification. Responsible for monitoring supplier quality performance and driving supplier continuous quality improvement. • 负责供应商的调查评估，供应商的审核及资质验证；负责监控供应商质量表现并驱动供应商持续质量改善 • Responsible for the practice, tracking and summary of plant APM2 project. • 负责工厂APM2项目的推行、跟进及总结 • Coordinate to conduct plant CIP, 5S, safety concern reporting and NEXT projects. • 配合执行工厂的持续改善，5S，安全隐患汇报和精益项目等 • Other tasks assigned by quality manager etc. • 质量经理安排的其它相关工作等 |

资格要求（Qualifications）： • Junior college degree in related field or equivalent. • 大专及相等学历 • Min 3 years’ experience in similar role in manufacturing environment, plastic industry will be preferred. • 至少3年在同等行业的工作经验 • CET 4 or above, good command of written and spoken English. • 英语四级以上，有一定的书面及口语能力 • Previous supervisory role is a plus. • 有管理经验优先 • Experience in accreditation and implementation of ISO9001quality management system and ISO22000 food safety management system. • 有ISO9001质量管理体系和ISO22000食品安全管理体系相关经验 • Experience with FDA certification is preferred. • 有FDA认证经验优先 • Know the laws and regulations and standard regarding food safety etc. • 掌握与食品安全有关的法律法规及标准等 资质/技能（Qualifications/Skills）: • Proficiency of computer literate. • 熟练应用电脑 • Strong text editing, capability of organization, communication and coordination. • 很强的文字编辑能力，组织、沟通和协调能力 • Oral and written communication skills. • 很强的口头及书面表达能力 • Result oriented, open-minded and logical. • 以结果为导向，思路开阔有逻辑 • Skilled in audit and writing audit report. • 具有审核技能和撰写审核报告的能力 • Strong sense of responsibility. • 较强的责任心 • Independent, and able to make decisions with little supervision. • 能够独立开展工作，并可以做出相应的决定 • Good team management, organization and communication skills. • 良好的团队管理、组织协调及沟通能力 • Able to conduct training etc. • 有能力去执行培训等 |
