Quality Management Representative (m/f)
Your tasks include:
- Help to define quality standards and responsible to continuously keep and improve the standards in our internal production or at our suppliers factory
- Create work- and assembling instruction documents (SOP/SIP) for our internal production or in cooperation with our suppliers
- Assemble sample bikes and check specification sheets for potential quality/production problems, report to Productmanagement- and Purchasing dept. and follow up for improvements
- Audit, document and evaluate pilot-run productions (frame/fork/components), report to RnD- and Productmanagement dept.
- Regular random checks in mass production, create quality reports and detailed following up for improvement activities
- Claim and warranty processing (supplier)
Our requirements are:
- College diploma (3 years education) or above, major in mech. engineering preferred
- English skills (fluent in spoken and written) to communicate with your team leader in China and/or our Headquarter in Germany.
- Competent in using MS Office applications such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- Competent in using common 2D drawing software (preferably also 3D software)
- 2-3 years work experience in the QC/Quality Management and bicycle related field
- Willing to travel inside China or to other Asian countries
- Personally interested in the bicycle sector, its sport, lifestyle and industry
- Strong quality consciousness and always keen to improve processes, products and own capabilities
