主要职责（Main Responsibilities）:
• Running Production area（生产区域的运行）
o Through the process control to ensures quality products are produced and in accordance with specifications of customers and ISO standards
通过过程控制保证产品质量和客户的ISO标准。
o Meet production plan and timely delivery
保证按计划生产以准时交付给客户。
o Make sure and machine is running smoothly
保证设备的平稳运行。
o Analysis and trouble shooting for breakdowns
影响生产的各种问题的分析和有效解决。
o Process improvement
生产工艺的持续提高。
o Involvement in new machine and equipment set up, adjustment
参与新设备的安装调试。
• Ensures all employees understand and follow company policies and procedures, work in a safe manner by following company regulations.
确保班组内所有员工理解并执行公司的政策程序,生产行为符合公司的各种安全规程。
• Leading the team（班组管理）
o Ensure team works together as efficiently as possible
确保团队高效工作。
o Assess training needs of staff and ensures execution of training
制定员工的培训计划并确保执行。
o Ensure adequate staffing to cover absenteeism and holidays, as well as normal operations
合理安排班组人员的出勤以保证正常生产。
o Make sure correct records of time and attendance of team
班组员工的准确考勤。
o Preform performance evaluations on a regular basis.
制定员工的培训计划并确保执行
Others（其它）：
o Input in customer complaint meetings
参加客户投诉会议。
o Reviews employee concerns and issues
审核班组员工反应的问题和相关事宜。
o Maintains good housekeeping within department
负责部门内的环境管理。
资格要求（Qualifications）：
• Junior graduate or equivalent
大专或相当学历。
• Good process knowledge of IM-cap & IM- PET
熟悉PP，PE注塑盖模，PET瓶坯注塑模具的操作。
• Experience in set up / adjustment production line
有生产线安装和调试经验。
• Able to work under pressure
能够在压力下工作
资质/技能（Qualifications/Skills）:
• Basic oral, written speak English ability.
能基本的英文读听写。
• Proficiency in computer literate
熟悉电脑操作。
• Good at implementation and following the procedure
有较强的执行力和过程遵守能力
• Leadership skills and strong interpersonal and coordination abilities
具有一定的领导技能，较强的人际管理和协调能力。
• Training and coaching capabilities
一定的培训和指导能力。
• Able to shift working, overtime working
能够倒班，加班。 |
