| 工作描述： |
主要职责（Main Responsibilities）: • Familiar with the relevant laws and regulations, policies, to ensure that the storage environment to meet the requirements of food packaging safety and health. • 熟悉相关的法律法规、政策内容，确保储存环境满足食品包装安全与卫生需求。 • Supervise and check the accuracy of inventory and inventory report. • 监督并检查仓库库存及库存报表的准确性。 • Works with customers for securing delivery service quality • 确保出货及时准确。 • Assists Logistic officers and the Logistic Manager to maintain appropriate inventory levels for produced goods and raw materials • 协助物流助理及物流经理维持合理的原辅料及成品库存。 • Responsible to organize the monthly stocktaking and compile monthly stocktaking reports • 负责组织月度盘点并编制月度盘点报告。 • Manages warehousing and transportation • 负责管理仓库及运输 • Manages Warehouse • 仓库管理 o Recruits (with HR) new employees o 参与新员工的招聘工作。 o Develops/coaches team and performs disciplinary actions o 培育领导团队成员，对本部门员工严格执行公司的规章制度。 o Responsible for the training schedule and the training of the warehouse people. o 负责制定仓库员工的培训计划及培训。 o Performs performance evaluations on a regular basis o 定期对下属员工进行评估。 o Improvement to the layout of the warehouse accordingly o 根据具体情况不断完善仓库的布局 • Ensures safe and efficient running of department • 确保部门安全有效的运作。 o Improvement to the daily operation should be up to date. o 不断完善部门运作 。 o Updates records and reports on a regular basis o 定期更新记录及报表。 o Data analysis: Synthesize data and analyze trends to support Logistic Manager o 数据分析:负责数据收集并分析原因，走向，协助物流经理不断完善部门运作。 资格要求（Qualifications）： • 2 year Degree (Associates) in related field or equivalent • 相关专业专科文凭 • 3 to 5 years of warehouse management experience • 3-5年仓库管理经验 • 熟悉ISO22000质量体系相关知识 • Be familiar with the knowledge of the ISO22000 quality system 资质/技能（Qualifications/Skills）: • Excellent computer skills (Excel, Power Point, Word) • 良好的电脑操作技能。 • Management capability • 良好管理能力。 • Knowledge in SAP or ERP system • 有使用ERP系统经验。 |
