Qualification 任职资格 1) Higher School or above高中或以上学历 2) Familiar with molding related work and technology, prefer with one holding crane machine operating certificate 熟悉模具工作的相关技术，有行车证优先考虑 3) Familiar with operation of Injection Mold, structure of mold and welding process, can work independent of exchange of molds and welding jigs, can analysis and solve for any abnormal situation.熟悉操作注塑成型和焊接过程，能独立完成模具和焊接治具的切换，产品出现异常能给予分析和解决 4) Ability to work independent独立工作的能力 5) Hard working 肯吃苦耐劳 6) can work 12 hours shift 能接受12小时倒班 Training & Qualification培训及资历 1)Knowledge of mechanical principle, can read mechanical drawings懂机械原理知识，能看懂机械图纸 2)Familiar with equipment, mould, fixture manufacturing and maintenance熟悉设备、模具、治具制造和维护 Basic Knowledge & Skills 基本技能和素质 1)Be familiar with Production molding processing 熟悉生产模具工艺 2)Familiar with machine, tools machining and welding熟悉机加工工作机台及电焊 3)Familiar with plastic mold assembly, disassembly and maintenance熟练掌握塑胶模具装配、拆卸及维修保养 4)The corresponding qualification certificate, such as electrician certificate, welder certificate, etc具有相应的资格证书，如电工证、焊工证等 5)Familiar with plastic mold making process and mold repair and maintenance process熟悉塑胶模具制作过程以及模具维修与保养过程 6)Ability to solve equipment mechanical and electrical breakdown quickly能迅速解决设备出现的机械和电器故障 7)Moral characters, high responsibility品格高尚，道德素养好，富有责任感 8)Hard working, careful, responsible, high sense of safety 工作认真，仔细，负责，安全意识强 9)Ability to do intensive work 能胜任多方位，多种任务 Responsibilities 岗位职责 1)Responsible to maintain equipment, tooling, fixture& molding related维护设备、模具与治具 2)Responsible for reguliar maintain equipment & mold, jig定期对生产设备和模具治具维护 3)Managing equipment, tooling, fixture& molds spare parts and spare parts and consumables, and establish the safety stock管理设备、模具、治具备件及耗材，并建立安全库存 4)Make the proper equipment, mould, fixture maintenance plan制定适当的设备、模具、治具保养计划 5)Repairing and maintenance record of equipment, tooling fixture and filing对设备、模具治具维修与保养文件进行记录与保存 6)Responsible for equipment working area 5S 负责设备区域5S工作 7)Random check for equipment, tooling, fixture & molds use for production and record for that. 对生产中的设备、模具、治具进行巡检，并做好记录 8)Other duties assigned by supervisor领导要求的其他任务 |
