| 工作描述： |
• Manage the existing distributor in Mainland China and support its growth in existing and new targeted Provinces and markets • Approach new potential distributors in new provinces and new markets in Central and West China. • Build market intelligence in the construction and access control markets in China. • Approach architects and specifications offices to be aware of new projects and qualify AS products • Be the distributors business partner and their sole point of contact throughout the sales process • Work closely in the development and the monitoring of their business development strategy, by providing operational support (technical advice, drafting of commercial offers, sales support, after- sales support, etc.), advice and tailor-made assistance. • Establish a unique relationship based on mutual trust, knowledge and professionalism. • Maintain close, personal follow-up with regular contacts and on site visits. Knowledge of Automatic Systems’ internal order processes and good internal communication skills are key in order to provide successful support. |
