工作职责Primary Job Responsibility： 1. 协助控制生产进度，派发工作任务和讲解工作要求。 Supervise the production as schedule; distribute the task and brief the work requirement. 2. 各工种岗位安排，人员调配；管理新职工在岗培训和协助公司全员的年度培训工作。 Arrange working position and personnel; supervise the on-job-training for new workers and assist in annual training for full company. 3. 解决现场技术问题，并和生产部经理直接沟通生产过程中的困难，及时做好报告。 Solve technical problems on site; directly communicate with production manager about the difficulties in production and timely do the report. 4. 抓好安全生产工作和设备维护工作。 Earnestly carry out the safety work and maintenance work. 5. In charge of checking and adjusting the production plan. manage and improve the production efficiency. 负责生产计划的检查和调整,生产效率的管理和改善。 6. Other work from management. 生产部门经理交代的其他工作。 7. Workflow process preparation. 8. Management of team and foremen’s of departments. 9. Manage and supervise time reports. 10. Manage internal kickoff meetings for production start. |

Experience)： College Degree or above. 专科或以上学历。 Five years working experience in machinery, manufacture industry. 五年机械或制造行业经验 Two years experience of production planning. 2年生产计划经验。 Understanding the production operation and understanding related technical drawings.了解生产运作和相关技术图纸。 Basic spoken and written English. 基础的口语及英语书写能力。 The ability of fast communication and cooperation with different departments and staffs.与不同部门及人员快速沟通与协作能力。 1. Strong English necessary. 2. Experience with Japanese / European companies preffered. |
