1.Payroll calculates monthly and pays for the social insurance timely and accurately.
2.Fulfill market survey, analysis the comparison, assist the annual salary review
3.Maintain and update all personnel and C&B record;
4.Do the training need analysis, draft a plan and organize training.
5.Be the leader of the orientation and improve the training quality continually.
6.Responsible for Overall Training Effectiveness Evaluation and Tracking.
