| 工作描述： |
1.Participate in the quotation of potential project. 参与潜在项目的报价工作。 2.Participate in the design of logistics concept. 参与项目物流方案的设计。 3.Familiar with customer logistics standards and requirements. 熟悉客户物流规范及要求。 4.ERP System and customer's portal operation. ERP系统和客户门户网站的操作。 5.Management of customer's order and forecast. 客户订单和预测管理。 6.Production planning based on customer's release,production capacity and stock status. 根据客户的预测，产能和库存状况制订相应的生产计划。 7.Release P/O to suppliers, follow up supplier on-time delivery to ensure production. 释放材料需求给供应商，并追踪及时入货保证生产。 8.Daily monitor raw materials coverage, fulfillment of production order and customer call-offs satisfication. 日常监督原材料满足状况，生产工单的完成状况以及客户订单的满足情况。 9.Special material management due to engineering changes or project EOP 因工艺变更或项目EOP等导致的特殊物料管控。 10.Fast response and disposal of customer claim. 客户投诉的快速响应和处理。 11.Identify potential supply risks in the process of material management and make continuous improvement. 识别物料管理过程中存在的潜在供应风险，持续改进。 Monthly report filling and analysis, take activities to improve inventory turnover, cost saving etc. 12.月报表填报及分析，积极采取措施提高库存周转率，降低成本等。 13.Other activities to improve process efficiency & accuracy, inventory optimization,cost saving. 其它用于提高流程效率和精确度，库存优化，节约成本的行为。 14.Participate in quality activities (IATF16949)。 参与公司的质量活动（IATF16949）。 15.Participate in EHS activities (14001&45001), eg. identifying and evaluating environmental and hazard factors, control environmental factors may related to reduce waste and save energy. 参与公司的环境、健康、安全活动(14001及45001)，例如环境因素、危险源识别、评价,针对本岗位环境因素/风险进行有效控制,减少浪费，节约能源。 16.Complete other tasks assigned by Superior. 完成上级安排的其他任务。 |
