| 工作描述： |
Responsibilities: • Execute daily SAP operational tasks, including but not limited to Sales Order(SO)processing, Purchase Order (PO) management, delivery scheduling and billing. • Oversee the full order-to-cash cycle for sales orders, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution of any issues. • Coordinate end-to-end logistics arrangements and manage customs clearance processes to ensure on-time shipments. • Prepare required files and submit applications for export licenses, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. • Manage intercompany order workflows, including release orders, transfer price checking and coordinate logistics and export customs clearance to support cross-entity deliveries. • Liaise with subsidiaries to collect forecasts for the relevant product lines. • Create stock and Kanban orders, process dummy sales orders, and adjust system configurations as needed. • Support additional tasks and projects as assigned by the immediate supervisor. Requirements: 1、Bachelor degree or above 2、Major in Economics, Business Management, Logistics, English. International Trade. 3、More than 3-5 years experience in order processing, sales administration, logistics etc; 4、Knowledge and skills:MS-Office, SAP 5、Good communicate of English, especially in written 6、Highly self-motivatd and emotionally stable, quick learner with strong team spirit.
