| 工作描述： |
1.及时准确地准备进口清关文件,管理与海关的接口,确保快速通关. Prepare documents for import customs clearance timely and accurately. Manage the interface to Customs to ensure expedited clearance. 2.关注货代的清关流程,与对方协调解决关键问题和紧急情况,处理物流链中发生的情况,如索赔,紧急交货或客户投诉交货. Monitors broker’s customs clearance process. Coordinate with brokers to solve critical issues and emergency. Work on the cases happened in the logistics chain such as claims, urgent delivery or customer complains for delivery. 3.更新和维护交付状态报告信息,跟踪和分析物流执行活动,以推动持续改善. Track and analyze logistics fulfillment activities to drive continuous improvement. 4.与货运代理合作,以成本效益高的方式按时向客户交付货物. Work with freight forwarders for on time delivery to customers in cost-effective ways. 5.更新海关清关关税,通知和公告以及海关日常变更方面的知识,遵循规定的政策和程序, 以保持高效的客户服务周期，遵循逻辑和系统的方法. Update knowledge in Customs Clearance Tariff, Circulars and Public notices and day-to-day changes by the Customs. Follows defined policies and procedures to maintain efficient customer service cycle, following logical and systematic approaches. 6.负责物流相关外来供应商如包装,吊装,运输商厂内作业督导,协调和沟通. Responsible for logistics related external suppliers such as packaging, lifting, transportation, factory operation supervision, coordination and communication. 7.物流相关供应商月度费用结算报表复查和申请. Review and apply for monthly expense settlement report of logistics related suppliers. 8.相关物流工作月度报表整理和报告，成本降低方案的提议评估和执行. Responsible for report monthly logistics reports, evaluation and implement cost reduction proposal. 9.支持项目经理新项目的物流相关商务部分的询价，并在需要时为其他团队提供支持. Support project manager to make inquiry for logistics related business part of new project and support other team when necessary. 10.其它指定工作. Other duties assigned and support related to production. |

Over 3 years of logistics freight forwarding import and export operational experience. 3.有较强的成本意识. Strong Sense of cost Down. 4.工作积极主动，表达能力强，具有较强的责任感和客户服务意识. Proactive in work, strong communication skills, and possesses a strong sense of responsibility and customer service awareness. |
