| 工作描述： |
As the field service engineer, to make sure the filed task be implemented successfully and reach customer satisfaction.作为现场服务工程师,确保现场工作目标的实现，保证客户满意。 1. Follow customer service code of conduct and taken service task be asigned in service process; 遵守客户服务的行为准则，执行服务流程里安排的任务。 2. Mainly responsible for the installation, repair and maintenance of TRUMPF solid state lasers, possible rebuild laser sources at customer site. 主要负责客户现场的激光器安装、维修和保养工作，以及光源的现场重建； 3. Responsible for the creative and successful solution to support the customer application and production.能够以创新和成功的解决方案来支持客户的应用和生产。 4. Responsible for the field instruction of customers in the latest technology of solid state lasers.对客户现场指导新的固体激光技术。 5. Complete other tasks assigned from the direct supervisor per business requirement. 根据业务需要，完成直属经理安排的其它工作. |

Requirements: 1. Field service on laser technique or laser application with laser welding/cutting/marking/micro processing. 有激光器售后服务或者激光焊接/切割/打标/微加工应用经验的优先. 2. Experience with operate laser detection and measurement equipment.熟悉光学检测仪器和光学测量仪器的使用。 3. Familiar with industry system integration and control. 熟悉工业系统的集成和控制。 4. Good Microsoft skills (ppt/word/excel..) and communication skills.良好的办公软件技能及沟通能力. 5. Be adapted to frequent business travel with irregular base is a must能够适应必须的不规则的商务差旅. 6. Be able to handle the everyday new and changing requirements from customer. Be adapted to irregular over time work together with customer urgent need. 能够处理来自客户新的和不断变化的要求，在客户紧急需求下能够适应不规则的加班. 7. Strong anti-pressure ability and strong sense of self-motivation and goal-driven抗压能力强，具有强大的自我激励和目标驱动意识. 8. Be customer-oriented, interested in challenges; 客户导向，乐于接受挑战； Languages: 1. Chinese native speaker. 中文（普通话）作为母语. 2. English is capable in daily working environment including listening, speaking, reading and writing. 英语可以成功运用在日常的工作环境下（包含听说读写方面）. 3. German is a plus.会德语者更佳. |
