| 工作描述： |
1.负责做好售后服务信息的登记及处理，协助做好产品售后跟踪服务，并定期进行客户满意度调查。 Record and handle the service information, assist to follow the after sales service, and make the customer satisfaction survey regularly 2.负责售后物料在SBO中的申领管理。 Receiving and delivery the materials in SBO for after sales service 3.负责售后项目及备件的报价，定单的处理，及发货的安排 Make the quotation for spare parts, make the order confirmation and arrange delivery the spare parts 4.协助接听、记录售后服务电话，及时提供客户服务信息。 To help to record and collect service call, provide the service information in time 5.与工程师主管完成售后工程师的安排与协调。 Responsible for arrangement and coordinat of service enginner together with technician supervisor 6.负责工程师各类报销的预处理，及发票的催款工作 The pretreatment of all kinds of reimbursement from engineers, and invoice reminding 7.负责建立并完善客户档案、设备档案及服务维修记录。 Build and improve the record of customers, chambers and service 8.负责现场物料的准备、工具的准备和管理工作，车辆的管理工作 Responsible for prepareing and management of materials and tools & cars 9.完成部门经理或公司交办的其它工作。 Complete other works which are from Department manager or WVC. |
