Main Responsibility主要职责: 1.Purchase direct, indirect materials and equipment within Zapp group as well as from third parties in domestic and international markets. 从萨普集团、国内和国际市场的第三方机构采购直接材料、间接材料和机器设备; 2.Follow up delivery schedule, controlling the inventory level and communicate with related Sales Department regularly or when it’s necessary. 负责跟进超性能合金和工模具钢的交货计划并管控库存数量,与销售部门进行定期或必要的沟通; 3.Place orders in SAP for direct and indirect material. 在SAP中为直接和间接材料下订单; 4.Negotiate supplier contracts for all necessary contents including price, specification, delivery and payment. 与供应商就合同所有必要内容进行协商,包括价格、规格、交付和付款条件; 5.Track and control suppliers (excluding logistics) performance (delivery time, cost, quality). 跟踪和控制供应商(不包括物流)的绩效(交付时间、成本、质量); 6.Communicate with internal Production and Technical department about procurement tasks , supporting purchasing of fixed assets during price negotiations. 与生产部和技术部门就采购任务进行沟通,在固定资产购买时在价格谈判方面进行支持; 7.Identify alternative suppliers of indirect material and office ware to broaden supplier base. 确定间接材料和办公用品的替代供应商,以扩大供应基础; 8.Cooperate with Logitic Supervisor to manage the related customer clearance, bonded books, Tariff and domestic and international shipping. 与物流主管合作管理相关的保税账簿、清关手册、关税问题,国内和国际货运代理; 9.Teamwork and information sharing: work closely with the foreign material management team. 团队合作和信息共享:与国外材料管理团队密切合作; 10.Moreover the Employee have to do other work, according to instructions made by their chief. 如工作需要可执行上级安排的其他任务。 |

Work Experience工作经验: Minimum 3 years of working experience in purchasing within manufacturing industry. 至少3年制造业采购经验。 Expertise专业知识: •Strong negotiator who enjoys price discussions. 擅长谈判; •Experience in Bonded Book handling. 有处理报税手册的经验。 Commercial skills商务技能: •Reliable, structured and process oriented working approach. 可靠、结构化和以流程为导向的工作方法; •Team player in international environment and good communicator. 在国际环境中具有团队合作精神,善于沟通。 Computer skills计算机技能: •Familiar with the standard MS Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint); 熟悉微软办公软件,如Word,Excel,Outlook,PPT等; •ERP/CRM knowledge of SAP or similar; 具备SAP或类似软件的ERP/CRM知识; Others其他: •High sense of responsibility, good work ethics and professionalism. 高度的责任感,良好的职业道德和敬业精神。 |
