Map, screen and develop suppliers that match ZwickRoell Premium Quality concept.. 绘制、筛选并发展符合ZwickRoell高端质量理念的供应商 Execute local sourcing strategies aligned with global procurement goals 落地契合全球采购目标的本土寻源策略 Participate in international project teams for global sourcing initiatives 加入国际项目团队，共推全球寻源 Support the development of global sourcing structures and processes in Taicang 支撑太仓全球采购架构与流程搭建 Negotiate pricing, delivery terms, and contracts with Chinese suppliers 与本土供应商敲定价格、交期与合同 Strong network and experience in but not limited to catalogue-, machinery-, sheet metals-, electrical-, pneumatic- and hydraulic components 深耕目录品、机械设备、钣金、电气、气动及液压件，人脉广、经验足 Supplier audit & performance review. 实施供应商审核与绩效评估 Facilitate and drive supplier quality & continuous improvement 驱动供应商质量与持续改进 Collaborate with internal departments including but not limited to production, logistics, engineering, and quality. 跨部门协同，覆盖生产、物流、工程、质量等 Monitor local market trends, supplier performance, and cost developments 实时跟踪本地市场、供应商表现及成本动态 Ensure compliance with internal procurement policies and Chinese regulations 确保采购符合内规与中国法规 Maintain accurate procurement documentation and reporting 保持采购文档与报表精准 Report, follow and implement the instructions of the higher authorities 及时汇报并贯彻上级指示 |

Bachelor+ in Mechanical / Electrical / Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management or related field 机械、电气、工业工程或供应链相关专业本科及以上学历 5+ years strategic sourcing of machined, sheet-metal, electrical, pneumatic or hydraulic components; able to read technical drawings and perform cost breakdown. preferably in an instrument/automation manufacturing environment 5 年以上机加工、钣金、电气、气动或液压组件的战略采购经验；能够阅读技术图纸并进行成本分解。在仪器/自动化制造环境中工作的优先。 Experience in international project teams or global sourcing initiatives is a plus 有国际项目或全球寻源经验者优先 Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills. 谈判、沟通与数据分析能力扎实 Proficiency in Microsoft Office, ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and procurement tools. 熟练操作Office、ERP（如SAP）及各类采购工具 Proficient in cost analysis. 擅长拆解与分析成本结构 Proficient in Incoterms, customs policy, logistics and SCM (supply chain management). 通晓国际贸易术语、海关法规、物流及供应链管理 Fluent in Mandarin and English (verbal and writing). 中英文口语与书面表达皆流畅 Willing to travel domestically and internationally for worksas required. 愿意按需求国内外出差。 |
