基本要求:02 Customer demand management: Timely obtain customers' rolling demand plans on a weekly, monthly, and annual basis. For example, receive rolling plans from designated customers and accurately formulate a matching primary component supply plan for the company. Proactively connect with original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) for procurement, track demand changes in real time, and ensure zero delay in information transmission. 02 客户需求管理:及时获取客户的周、月、年等滚动需求计划,如接收指定客户的滚动计划,准确制定公司匹配的一级零部件供货计划。主动对接主机厂采购,实时跟踪需求变动,确保信息传递零延迟。 02 Order delivery management: Maintain orders in the finished product flow table, confirm whe-ther inventory and plans meet demand, send shipping instructions in advance, handle abnor-mal communications during order preparation, track and confirm the latest order status and shipping delivery status, and ensure normal delivery of customer orders. 02 订单交付管理:将订单维护到成品流动表中,确认库存及计划是否满足需求,提前发送出货指示,处理订单备货中的异常联络。跟踪确认最新订单情况和出货交付情况,确保客户订单正常交付。 02 Inventory management: Monitor finished product inventory levels and the operation of workstation equipment, conduct random checks on work-in-process and finished product in-ventory data, and ensure the accuracy of inventory data in production plans. 02 库存管理:监控成品库存水平和工位器具运作情况,对在制品和成品盘点数据进行抽查,确保生产计划中库存数据的准确性。 02 Exception handling and communication: Upon receiving exceptions from customer contacts, promptly disseminate the information to the relevant departments and address the exceptions. For situations such as significant changes in customer orders, gather potential reasons for pro-duction line downtime, propose measures, report them, and respond to customers after inter-nal discussion. 02 异常处理与沟通:接收到客户联络的异常后,及时将信息展开至相关部门并处理异常。对于客户订单变动大等情况,收集可能造成停线原因、措施上报,并在内部商讨后回复客户。 02 Track the inventory of the consignment warehouse, promptly reconcile with customers, and promptly negotiate adjustments in case of any quantity discrepancies. 02 跟踪寄售库进销存,及时和客户对账发现数量差异后及时协商调整。 02 Moreover the Employee can do other work, according to instructions much by their head. 如工作需要可执行上级领导安排的其它任务。 其他要求: - College degree or above, with a background in logistics and supply chain 大专学历及以上,物流供应链方面背景 - At least 2 years experience in customer service or logistic planning in manufacturing environ-ment 至少2年汽车零部件制造环境中的客户服务或物流规划经验 - Good interpersonal, communication and coordination skills and highly customer oriented 良好的人际交往、沟通和协调能力,高度以客户为导向 - Basic Business English in verbal and written 具备商务英语口语及书面基础能力 - Those with a CPIM certificate and experience in interfacing with OEM customers are preferred 具备CPIM证书,对接主机厂客户计划经验者优先 - Strong team player, pro-active, able to work under stressful environment and able to work inde-pendently 具有较强的团队合作精神,积极主动,能够在压力环境下工作,能够独立工作 - Be familiar with SAP system 熟悉SAP系统 |
