Responsibilities: 工作职责 • Plans based on the company’s business and human resource requirements. Establish a systematic human resource framework to meet key business needs. Fast growing on production now. 根据公司业务和人力资源需求规划,建立系统的人力资源框架,满足关键业务需求。目前生产正快速增长。 • Provide effective solutions for business departments in recruitment, training, performance appraisal, compensation, employee relations, etc. 在招聘、培训、绩效考核、薪酬、员工关系等方面为业务部门提供有效的解决方案并实施 • Responsible for managing and maintaining the company’s HR system, including the entire process of recruiting etc. 负责管理维护公司人事系统,包含从新员工招聘,录用以及办理退工离职等全过程。 • Monitor and calculate absenteeism rate, overtime hours each month and ensure that employee wages and social insurance are paid on time 每月监控核算缺勤率,加班小时等并确保员工工资及社会保险等按时发放和缴纳 • Responsible for improving the human resources rules, process and system; improving the efficiency of human resources operations. 负责完善人力资源的制度、流程、体系;提升人力资源运作效率。 • Assist in optimizing the internal organizational structure, improving team cohesion, and increasing the stability of core employees. 协助进行内部组织结构优化,提高团队凝聚力,提高核心员工的稳定性. • Responsible for the company's administrative affairs, such as office management, assisting foreign colleagues in applying for work visas, tax issues. Also team building ,maintaining government relations, and other administrative work. 负责公司相关行政方面的业务,如:协助外籍同事办理工作签证,税务问题等,举办团建活动,各种政府关系维护,以及其他行政工作。 • Others assigned by Superiors 完成上级交代的其他事项 • Will provide training in SWE. 试用期后瑞典培训 Qualifications: 要求 • College degree or above, major in human resources management, business administration, etc. 大专或以上学历,人力资源管理、工商管理等相关专业. • At least 3 years of human resources or related work experience, familiar with labor laws and regulations. 至少3年以上人力资源或者相关工作经验,熟悉劳动法律法规。 • Have rich experience in recruitment/performance management/employee relations, etc., and experience in HR in Taicang foreign-funded manufacturing industry is preferred 在招聘/绩效管理/员工关系等方面有丰富的经验,有太仓外资制造业HR经验优先。 • Simple communication in spoken English. 英语口语简单沟通。 • Proficient in using computers and Microsoft Office software. 熟练使用计算机,微软办公软件。 • Possess good interpersonal sensitivity and networking skills, and be adept at working with different stakeholders and colleagues. 具有良好的人际关系敏感性和人际网络能力,善于与不同利益相关者和同事合作。 • Age requirement: 25-40 years old 年龄要求:25-40岁 Personality: 个性要求 Our core values are simplicity, responsiveness and speed and it is important that you fit into the culture.
