| 工作描述： |
- Technical support and training for domestic and foreign customers; 为国内外客户提供技术支持及培训； - Responsible for coordinating and improving the quality problem; 负责协调并推进质量缺陷的改善； - Improve warranty procedures & claim management system，implement them within the organization; 完善索赔保修管理程序，并确保其在组织内部的实施； - Enable a database service, improve the service system; 启用售后服务数据库，完善售后服务体系； - Responsible for service department data base and Baan system operation and maintenance; 进行售后部门数据库及Baan系统的操作和维护； - Create and maintain spare parts lists, maintain after sales tools; 创建和维护备件清单，售后工具的维护； - Write service reports ; 提交售后服务报告； - Complete other jobs ordered . 完成上级交办的其他工作。 * 本岗位出差频率较低。 |
