| 工作描述： |
Responsibilities: Industrial engineer designs production layouts and processes with the purpose of increasing productivity, eliminating wastefulness, reducing costs, and ensuring quality standards are maintained. 1.Implementation of TRUMPF production lean management system (SYNCHRO)with strong methodical know how 2.Time study of production process, and regular working hour analysis 3.Responsible for budget planning, capacity planning and plant layout planning 4.Monitor operation cost, regular cost deviation analysis 5.Training staff for new processes and providing instructions and manuals. 6.Managing process documentation and preparing production reports. 7.Responsible for the construction, maintenance, promotion and improvement in production area 8.Complete other tasks assigned from the direct supervisor per business requirement. |
